Job Posting
2.1 Posting a Job
Registered users can share information for only one job position. When posting a job, users must select the appropriate category. Ods are required to post a job, and payment for Ods is made through the platform. Od balance decreases while the job post is active.
2.2 Job Content
Only accurate and truthful information should be included in job postings. The information provided must not harm the rights of employers or job seekers.
2.3 Job Title and Category
The job title and category must be correctly and appropriately indicated. The platform reserves the right to correct incorrect information.
Anonymous CV Sharing
3.1 Sharing Anonymous CVs
Users can share their CVs anonymously on the platform. CVs can only be viewed by employers through Od payment. Personal information in CVs is kept confidential and presented anonymously.
3.2 CV Viewing Requirements
Employers must pay a certain amount of Ods to view CVs. Ods are non-refundable and can only be used once.
3.3 CV Data Security
CVs are presented only anonymously and personal information is not shared with third parties. The platform pays high attention to the security of user data.
Od System and Payments
4.1 Od System
Some functions within the platform can only be activated using Ods. Ods are only used within the platform and cannot be used for other purposes. Ods are purchased with real money and are non-refundable.
4.2 Purchasing and Using Ods
Users must purchase Ods using the payment methods specified on the platform. Once Ods are purchased, they are non-refundable under any circumstances and can only be used within the platform. Ods can be used to post jobs, view CVs, and access other premium features.
4.3 Payments
All payments on the HİRİ platform are made only through the platform. Payments are accepted only in the form of Ods.
User Behavior
5.1 Compliance with Ethical and Legal Norms
Only activities that comply with legal and ethical standards are allowed on the platform. Users are legally responsible for every action they perform on the platform.
5.2 Spam and Advertising
Unauthorized advertising, spam, and any activity that disturbs other users are prohibited on the platform. Additionally, users cannot share other people's information without permission.
5.3 Providing False Information
The information posted on the platform must be accurate and truthful. Users who provide false or misleading information will be removed from the platform.
Data Security
6.1 Protection of Personal Data
Users' personal data is not shared with third parties and is only used within the platform. The platform securely stores user data and applies encryption methods.
6.2 CV Security
Resumes are shared anonymously and can only be viewed by employers when Od is paid for. Only anonymous data from CVs is presented to employers.
Dispute Resolution, Legal Matters
7.1 Dispute Resolution
Disputes related to the platform must first be resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, disputes will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
7.2 Legal Responsibility
If a legal violation is detected, cooperation with law enforcement agencies may occur. Users must comply with the law while using the platform.
7.3 Platform Responsibility
The HİRİ platform does not intervene in any legal disputes between users and is only responsible for the services provided through the platform.
