Click the “Register” button on the main page and enter the required information. Activate your account via the confirmation email.
How do I post a vacancy?
Log in to your account, go to the “Vacancies” page, navigate to the “Create Vacancy” section, fill in the details, and activate it using Od.
How do I view CVs?
You must pay Od to view a candidate’s CV. After payment, you’ll gain access to certain confidential information.
How does the test phase work?
When a test is added to a vacancy, the candidate is presented with questions and a time limit. The candidate must complete the test within the allotted time.
What is Od and how does it work?
Od is the currency used within the platform. It’s used to post vacancies, view CVs, and access other features.
How can I purchase Od?
Select a package from the “Get Od” menu and complete the payment to acquire Od.
Are Od refundable?
No. Purchased Od are non-refundable after use.
How can I edit or delete my vacancy?
Go to the “Shared Vacancies” section and click “Edit” or “Delete” on the relevant vacancy.
How can I contact the support team?
You can message us via the “Contact” section or email us at email@example.com.
I purchased Od but my balance didn’t update. What should I do?
Keep your payment receipt and email email@example.com to contact our support team.
How does the time limit on the test work?
When the candidate starts the test, a timer begins. When time runs out, the test automatically closes and answers are recorded.
I paid Od to view the candidate’s CV, but the information didn’t open.
If a system error occurs, contact us immediately. Any technical issue will be investigated and resolved.
I posted a vacancy but it wasn’t approved. Why?
If the vacancy doesn’t comply with platform rules or the information is incomplete, it may be rejected by moderation. The reason for rejection is displayed within the vacancy.
How long do vacancies stay active?
Vacancies have no standard active duration. They remain active until the user deactivates them.
